At Urban Mobility Systems (UMS), we are thrilled to announce a major milestone: the official opening of our new facility at Industriepark Kleefse Waard (IPKW)! This expansion marks a significant step forward in our mission to accelerate the transition to emission-free construction sites and sustainable heavy machinery.
Scaling Up for a Zero-Emission Future
Since 2016, UMS has been at the forefront of electrification, developing cutting-edge electric powertrains and battery systems for machinery and trucks ranging from 3.5 to over 50 tons. By replacing diesel engines with rechargeable battery solutions, we help reduce emissions and drive sustainability in industries where electrification is most needed.
With the new facility at IPKW, we are ramping up production capacity to meet the growing demand for zero-emission solutions. Additionally, we are enhancing our capabilities by providing not only battery and drivetrain solutions but also essential infrastructure, including charging stations and training programs for mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electric vehicles.
