With this acquisition, two leaders in drive innovation are combining strengths to accelerate the global shift toward electrified construction, logistics, agriculture, and defense applications.
In recent years, UMS has emerged as a frontrunner in heavy-duty electrification. With over 200 electrified machines in operation and a strong focus on scalable retrofit solutions, the company plays a key role in the energy transition across multiple industries.
